Return policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, completely unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and rectify it immediately.
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all our products as long as they are completely unused, in their packaging and generally in excellent condition. The cost of return, if it is done through the fault of the customer, is borne by him . Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items, custom items (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Refunds
