I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
First, we’re sorry to hear you received a damaged or defective product. Please email us at info@hairworkshop.gr with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will then contact you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How do I cancel an order?
You can send your cancellation request via email to info@hairworkshop.gr or call us at +30 2109926601 (ext. 2). Email cancellations must include the following details:
Full name
Order number
Phone number
Contact email
These details must match those provided in your order. We will do our best to process your cancellation as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped, we will gladly refund the total amount, including any shipping costs. If the request is received after the order has been shipped, we will refund the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
How can I purchase your products?
You can buy our products directly from this website, or you can visit us in-store at 17-19 M. Geroulanou Street, Argyroupoli, for a more detailed product consultation.
Can I combine discount coupons on a single order?
Discount coupons can be combined with other discounts or offers. The discount fields and the available options will appear during checkout.
I can’t enter my discount code.
If you are unable to successfully apply your discount code, please call us at +30 2109926601 (ext. 2) before completing your order, and we’ll assist you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Which areas do you deliver to?
We offer nationwide delivery across all regions of Greece.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once you've placed your order, it will take 1-3 business days for delivery within Attica, and 1-5 business days for other areas outside Attica.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please email us at info@hairworkshop.gr as soon as possible with the correct details, and we’ll do our best to update the courier before dispatch.
What are the delivery charges?
For orders over €49, delivery is free of charge. For orders under €49, there is a delivery fee of €2. The cash-on-delivery fee is €1.90, regardless of the order value. You can pick up free of charge from our store in Argyroupoli . You should, before coming, call us at 2109926601 (ext. 2) to be certain that there will be availability for the products you are interested in.
Which courier company do you work with?
We partner with EasyMail for deliveries throughout Greece.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you’re welcome to pick up your order from our salon reception during opening hours.
RETURNS
Can I add a product to my order after I’ve already paid?
Once an order has been completed, no additional items can be added. You will need to place a new order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products, as long as they are completely unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged once we have reviewed and accepted your order.

If your payment has been declined, please double-check that the name, expiration date, and security code of your card are correct. If the card is still being rejected, we recommend using a different card or contacting your bank to ensure your details are up-to-date.
What are the available payment methods?
You can choose from the following payment options:

- Cash on Delivery: Pay upon receipt of your order via our partner courier service. No cash on delivery fee applies if you collect your order directly from the salon.
